Yipiee! Its 26 January Again...

From the past 60 years Tiranga has been representing India as a Largest Res Publica Country across the globe, but Is the flag really made an affectionate place in the heart of all the Indians?? NO, CERTAINLY NOT. Instead, many of us are interested in H1B Visa, MS from an US university, Salary in Dollars or Six Figures, tats all. " Main bhala or mera parivar bhala, mujhe desh se kya lena dena?" Most of us knew July 4 as independence day of USA, as it may be asked during the admission process of a foreign university, but when we asked to distinguish between 15 August and 26 January then we got confused. WHICH ONE IS INDEPENDENCE DAY AND WHICH ONE IS THE REPUBLIC?- this answer less question looks like tsunami at that time. Debating about the country's problems among ourselves, giving 10 pages of speech on a burning issue or conducting patriotic music shows all over d city or Waving Tiranga on our houses and cars on 26 January and 15 August. Only this becomes the way to express patriotism. Each individual, whether he's a common man or a prime minister, knew about what nation need exactly today, but in words and not in works. Maintaining honour, integrity, security and sovereignty of India- ye sab gaya tel lene. There is a government yaar it will take care of us, we are protected by defence forces, police is fighting against crime, now what remains for us to do. A national holiday is the most free time to enjoy ,it is the time atleast one should do some good work for himself. A YOUNG COUPLE thinks - very good time to date, why shud wait till valentine day while a FAMILY thinks- we can go for picnic or movie, WORKING PEOPLE thinks- aaj to aaram karne do yaar while RETIRED ONE thinks- ab to hum buddhe ho gaye hain, humse kuch nahi hota.

I wonder why Lord Vishnu once, being envy of mankind because he has both mother and motherland, has said-

JANANI JANAMABHUMISCHA SWARGADAPI GARIYASI

i.e. Mother and Motherland are greatest than even heaven.

Why god cares about our motherland and mother, without being blessed with them, cant he enjoy his holiday like us??
